Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Shree Sava, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our cancellation and refund policy below.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled; you may instead initiate a return as per our return policy below.

2. Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery, only if the product is received in damaged condition.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at nfo@shreesava.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or alteration by the customer are not eligible for return.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • In case of a failed transaction where the amount has been deducted but the order was not placed, the amount will be automatically refunded by your bank/payment provider within 5–7 business days. If not received, please contact your bank or our support team.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product for a replacement or full refund.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/incorrect item).
